Private Residential – The scope of the project included the extension and remodelling of the existing
kitchen to provide a contemporary bright and airy space. A new fitted kitchen with dining area
overlook the garden was designed and constructed. The project also included the refurbishment and
substantial rebuilding of an existing single story self-contained annex, the roof was substantially
rebuilt to create a feature vaulted space with exposed trusses. A feature spiral stair provides access
to a sleeping platform with games / TV area below on the ground floor.
