Our Clients objective was the subdivision and redevelopment of a large residential plot in
Sunningdale. Having secured planning consent for two detached residential properties we
were retained as architects and lead consultants for the client’s replacement dwelling.
Working in close collaboration with the client we developed their brief for a five bedroomed
detached dwelling which incorporated a fully self-contained annex. Given the design
character of the surrounding residential area and taking into account our clients own
preferences, a traditional design approach was adopted for the external appearance of the
building.
