The clients brief was for a new build contemporary residence to replace an existing 1950’s dwelling,
the result of the design process was this stunning property spread over four floors. The changes in
level across the site where extensive, working with these we were able to create five bedroom
suites, extensive living spaces, home office, gym and a large garage. Terrace spaces around the
house take advantage of the views afforded by the elevated position.
